By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

Speed Sermon has two types of participants:

• Users — people who watch videos, leave comments, and engage with the platform.

• Contributors — ministers who submit sermons and participate in our creator program.

If you participate as a Contributor, your rights and responsibilities are governed by the Speed Sermon Contributor Agreement, which you must review and sign before submitting sermons.
If anything in these Terms ever conflicts with the Contributor Agreement, the Contributor Agreement controls.

2. Using Speed Sermon

By using Speed Sermon, you agree to:

• Create an account only for yourself and keep your login secure.

• Use the platform for lawful, respectful purposes.

• Not upload or share anything harmful, hateful, misleading, explicit, violent, or rights-violating.

• Follow our community standards (below).

You must be at least 13 years old to use Speed Sermon.

3. Your Account

You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login details confidential.

• All activity under your account — even if someone else uses it with your permission.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@speedsermon.com right away.

4. Content on Speed Sermon

4.1 User Content

If you post or upload content as a User — comments, messages, or other materials — you retain ownership.

By sharing it on Speed Sermon, you give us permission to:

• Display and distribute your content on our platform

• Use it in anonymized or promotional form to help others discover creators and messages

You may delete your content at any time, though cached copies may persist temporarily.

4.2 Contributor Content

If you participate as a Contributor, any sermons, sample videos, visuals, bios, or related materials you submit are governed solely by the Speed Sermon Contributor Agreement.
That agreement covers:

• Avatar creation

• Sermon-to-video transformation

• Rights you grant Speed Sermon

• Distribution and ownership of AI-generated derivative works

• Payments, royalties, and bonuses

• Approval timelines, exclusivity, and termination

Nothing in this ToS replaces or alters the Contributor Agreement.

5. Community Standards

We believe in uplifting, encouraging, biblically rooted content.

Please:

• Communicate respectfully

• Avoid harassment, spam, or political campaigning

• Do not post explicit, violent, defamatory, or intentionally misleading content

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards or harm the community.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

If you support creators or subscribe to premium features:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Prices or features may change, but we’ll notify you before renewal.

• Refunds are handled case-by-case — email billing@speedsermon.com if you need assistance.

7. Analytics and Performance Data

We use analytics tools (such as PostHog and Framer Analytics) to understand how people use the platform.

Creators may receive anonymized performance data, such as:

• Total views

• Average watch time

• General engagement insights

We do not share personal user information with creators.

8. Intellectual Property

Speed Sermon owns all rights to:

• The platform, apps, logo, brand, and design

• All AI-generated videos and derivatives created from contributor sermons (as defined in the Contributor Agreement)

You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

Contributors grant Speed Sermon specific rights through the Contributor Agreement — those rights are not governed by this ToS.

9. Termination

Users

You may delete your account at any time in your settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Contributors

Contributor participation, removal, termination, and ongoing rights to previously submitted content are governed exclusively by the Contributor Agreement.

10. Disclaimers

Speed Sermon provides access to devotional and educational video messages from a variety of Christian voices.

• The views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent Speed Sermon.

• The platform is provided “as is”; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Speed Sermon and its team are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill

• Issues arising from third-party tools or integrations

• Content posted by users or contributors

• Service interruptions or errors

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make a material change, we’ll post a notice on the site or notify you before the new Terms take effect.

Updates to the Contributor Agreement will be communicated directly to contributors.
